24 April 2015 Eter: I have been actively involved in the banking world for over 29 years of which 25 I have spent with I.T. related tasks. Never have I met someone that has been able to describe and teach a subject as if it was part of his own DNA…until now! Although at present, Oracle is not a topic I am allowed to access, I have been able to understand and comprehend its functionality thanks to your teachings. In addition, my colleagues in I.T. dealing with Oracle (on a daily basis) have achieved a level of understanding that they lacked prior to your visit. Furthermore and as part of the training, you were able to identify some errors that we had no idea they existed (even close to critical!). Due to this, the I.T. team is now able to concentrate in correcting these issues thanks to the fact that they are now able to describe or even act accordingly as a result of your training (Wish we had you for a few days during migration last year!). In summary, you are a true professional and definitely a true expert in what you do! A big THANK YOU from all of us.

Working as an IT System Specialist in QNB, I had a distinct pleasure to work with Eter in a joint effort to stabilize and improve Card Production Systems (PRIME 4 Platform) for the Bank. From the very initial discussions, he showed his professionalism and his high level of knowledge in Oracle Databases and Technologies related.
