Driven by curiosity about how and why teams achieve - or fail to achieve - their goals; how tools facilitate success; what incentivizes team members to take ownership of a shared objective, she leads through service and example. After five years of learning from Eowyn while serving together on a non-profit board, her example informs my work on a daily basis. Eowyn elevates the daily (hourly?) practice of doing good work. She is a tremendous asset on any team interested in building durable relationships and producing a quality product while investing in long-term capacity.
