An integral part of ITT's rapid growth, I helped build a new constituent database to manage relationships with individuals, organizations, donors and partners. I shared my institutional knowledge and extensive expertise to help leverage data to cultivate and steward relationships throughout Texas, thereby allowing the organization to expand its programs to those who need it most, and raise the money needed to deliver its mission. Associated Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ASB) is a private, nonprofit organization created to promote self-esteem, independence and self-determination in people who are blind or visually impaired. The ASB tradition of service dates back to the Pennsylvania Working Home for Blind Men in 1874, where men with visual impairments were able to work and become productive, independent members of society. Over the past 139 years, ASB has merged with other organizations to become the largest nonprofit serving the blind and visually impaired in the tri-state Delaware Valley region.
