I was the author, developer and maintainer of a Safety Management System (SMS) that was recognised by the national Rail Company of Ireland (Irish Rail) I was the custodian of the ISO and OHSAS accredited Integrated management systems of the company and was the link between the company and the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI). I set up Lloyd Rail as a City and Guilds accredited training center which allowed Lloyd Rail deliver internationally recognised training courses in close consultation with City and Guilds.
