  Running the photography team in Neilson's Alana Beachclub, Starigrad for majority of the season, as well as some time in Vounaki, Greece, I was responsible for capturing daily action photos and evening portrait sessions that were booked by guests. These images were shot & edited in a short time in order to be ready for viewings in the evenings. I was responsible for the team rota, ensuring all areas were covered by the team and that there was an even distribution of workload. I would also deal with any customer complaints and follow-up queries, make sure that any requests made would be met and communicate clearly with the company directors on the situation on the ground each week.
