  Teknosav Composite is manufacturing continuous fiber (glass, carbon and aramide fiber) reinforced thermoplastic (PP, HDPE, LDPE, PA6, PA66,PPS, PEI and PEEK) prepreg tapes. I am working as a technician at teknosav composite and responsible for producing thermoplastic prepreg tapes and thermoforming process. Continuous Glass Fiber reinforced PP,PE,PA6,66 tape (60% Glass Content by weight to 75% Glass Content, from 150 micron thickness to 500 micron thickness, from 15 mm to 700 mm width) Continuous Carbon Fiber reinforced PP,PA6-66,PPS tape (60% Carbon by weight to 75% Carbon Content, from 100 micron thickness to 300 micron thickness, from 15 mm to 530 mm width) with 12K and 50K carbon fiber We are also working on different matrix (PEI and PEEK) and fiber (UHMWPE) to develop high quality tapes. We have also managed many projects including ballistic armor, composite LPG cylinder and automotive parts using thermoplastic prepregs . Sürekli cam elyaf, karbon elyaf, aramid elyaf takviyeli termoplastik(PP,LDPE,HDPE,PA6,PPS,PEEK) kompozit prepreg tape üretimi (%60-70 elyaf oranı,150 mikron kalınlık,700 mm genişlik.) ve kurulumu . Elyaf dağıtım sistemi ( Creel ) hattı yapımı ve kurulumu. Elyaf Kalibrasyon sistemi yapımı ve kurulumu. Prepreg kalender makinası yapımı ve kurulumu. Prepreg Sargı makinası yapımı ve kurulumu.
