When it came time for a promotion, the manager at the time came to me and asked me what I thought about Enrique. I explained that there could not be someone better for the job. He was extremely supportive, respectful and pleasant. He was a friend, someone I liked to talk to, someone I liked to work with, someone I could learn from and someone I could look up to. Being a manager is not an easy task and most do not have what it takes. Enrique has what is takes to be the best of managers. Anyone would be lucky to have the chance to work with or to know Enrique!
