Assure correct dosification of corrosion inhibitors, antipolimerizing and antifouling to the Fluid Catalytic Cracking plants at Madero’s Refinery in order to protect critical equipment of corrosion produced by the inherent contaminants carried in the Plant feed, take samples of dietanolamines in the gas section (Girbotol process) and bitter water to assure an eficient chemical treatment provided by the Company, measure corrosion levels (witnesses corrosion and corrosion test) in specific equipment like heat exchangers and columns, and monitoring operation conditions to statistical analysis, providing technical advice to customers and take preventive actions to decrease corrosion levels in the process equipments and comply with the contract limits of corrosion rate and fouling in heat exchangers in order to extend the operation time of the facilities. Realize Job Safety Analysis (JSA) together with Safety Department and manage work permits, safety standards and quality management.

Production Trainee

Keep constant training on the process of emulsion synthetic rubber SBR and NBR manufacturing focused on monitoring operations for the production of many grades of synthetic rubber. Supervise and manage production staff and all resources necessary to fulfill the production program, and achieve compliance with the customers’ requirements in time and quality following product samples in polymer and finished product to ensure quality parameters regarding product formulas. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of process equipment (be responsible of the process equipment); verify compliance with the quality staff regarding ISO-9001-2008, ISO-14001, ISO-22000 standards; OSHAS standards and TS-16949. Perform daily inventory of rubber production. Realize JSA together with Safety Department and manage work permits.
