  As Process and engineer of R&D, research and development of a new media for the Project and design processes. Like a part of the R&D team, I had to design new substrates for our device,the design the new layouts (circuits), choosing the materials for a good thermal management, etc. I had to design the new mechanical parts and changes the electronics parts for the machinery. Modifications and designs new machinery for the new process . I had to talk with the machinery suppliers, explaining them how to do the process and doing several visits to their facilities for the acceptance final tests. As maintenance engineer, I have to highlight the design, implementing and commissioning of new plant facilities, optimizing costs, as well as the implementation of computerized maintenance management system.
