I had the privilege of working with Enrileta on a ServiceNow proejct where she was contracted to develop custom service requests. She did an excellent job getting that work off the ground and then pivoting into a business analyst role to gather and develop functional requirements. While not her core competency, her design documents were very detailed and accurate allowing a smooth development.by an off-shore team. I'm looking forward to working with her again on my next ServiceNow project.
