  Villanoviana winery is lying in the heart of Bolgheri Appellation and not far from the medieval town of Bolgheri and its famous avenue of cypress trees. Villanoviana wines express the character and the hallmark of its territory: the Bolgheri countryside, synonymous of quality, authenticity and tradition. Villanoviana fully respects its “terroir”, tending the land with great attention and with no use of chemicals and pesticides of any type, carrying out manual technics only and implementing exclusively natural methods such as is the use of organic compost and bioferments for fermentation taking place in concrete vessels (cement) at temperature controlled. The result is the production of 5 labels that convey all the genuine and the natural character of this exclusive area of Tuscany. www.villanoviana.it/en L’Azienda Agricola Villanoviana nasce nel cuore del Bolgheri DOC, non lontano dal borgo medioevale di Bolgheri e dal suo celebre viale dei Cipressi. I vini dell’azienda agricola Villanoviana raccontano la storia del proprio territorio, la campagna di Bolgheri, sinonimo di qualità, naturalezza e tradizione. Villanoviana rispetta quasi maniacalmente il “terroir”, coltivando senza l’uso di prodotti chimici e pesticidi, con processi rigorosamente manuali e facendo uso di metodi esclusivamente naturali come l’uso di compostaggio biologico e bio fermenti per fermentazione effettuata in vasche di cemento a temperatura controllata.
