I played an integral part in the digital technology space in Calgary where I was the Business Analyst Specialist leading one of the teams in the UNIFI project. This project is a merger of the banking systems for 4 large credit union divisions in Alberta under the Connect First Credit Union Family- First Calgary Credit Union, Mountain View, Legacy and Chinook Credit Union. With a staff strength of over 700 Albertans, serving 120,000 members through 42 branches The project has been nominated for Project of the Year Award by PMI Manitoba, a leading non-profit professional association for project management. The nomination, which recognizes excellence in project management, is based on the joint effort of both organizations in completing a complex merger-conversion along with the integration of several ancillary services.
