Responsible for maintaining venue operations and staff management/administration within four schools in the Midlands. I developed a strong passion for this role and found myself progressing within the company very quickly. Within six months, I was asked to relocate from the Midlands to work alongside and co-manage six schools within the Buckinghamshire/Uxbridge area. In December 2018 I was relocated to North London (Wembley/Hammersmith) to manage six under performing schools and improve all working relationships between key stakeholders, as well as achieving financial and operational targets. Having made a significant positive impact on this cluster, I was awarded with Assistant Manager 2019 and was promoted into the School Leisure & Sports Manager role in November 2019.

Part of the games force organising and running the events for children aged 11-16 including a range of sports from archery to football.I had to lead a group of 17 boys in the Enfield and Haringey athletics team by organising trials to get the strongest team and provide training for them. My enthusiasm and drive were able to take them from 15th place in the previous year to 2nd place out of a total of 33 teams.
