Coordinate the daily activities of 5 program managers located in the US, Canada and Mexico.• Successfully manage two portfolios for a total of $30M sales per year with a contribution margin of 10% above budget while achieving fiscal year key performance indicator (KPI) goals.• Lead the development of harsh environment harnesses for the latest key aerospace platforms: Boeing 787, Airbus A350, Boeing 737 MAX, Bombardier C-Series (A220) and Gulfstream G500/G600.• Provide program and operational expertise to establish Zodiac interconnect to become a leading manufacturer in cabin interior electrical harnesses.• Develop program management process, training programs and skill evaluation matrix to improve the program management office efficiency to meet corporate requirements, company’s core values and industry standards• Drive consistency and AS9100 compliance by implementing management tools and standardized program management practices between the different manufacturing sites.• Provide direction both strategically and operationally for production relocation based on industry expertise and holistic cost analysis to improve the customer satisfaction and company’s EBITA.

  Defined and lead the strategic development plan for the Zodiac Interconnect US manufacturing plant located in Mexico. Supervised transfer activities for key aerospace customers’ product lines (Boeing, SAFRAN, UTC) from the Zodiac Aerosafety division to the Chihuahua manufacturing plant.• Successfully transferred 11 production lines from US, Canada, France and Tunisia to Mexico which provided a 23% cost savings on annual production.• Coordinated the growth of the facility from 30 employees to 180 employees• Developed an automatized welding & bending production cell per AWS D17.1 aerospace requirement, resulting in $930,000 of annual savings.• Obtained NADCAP and Boeing BAC approval for GTAW full fusion automated process within 12 months.
