 Understanding the rules of tendering, review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations. Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the procuring entity’s requirements.  Communicating with the Foreign Manufacturers of the equipment’s to resolve matters on the figure, status, and choice of the equipment’s by the procuring entity. To ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements, coordinate manufacturing support, documentation and testing activities. Organizing systematic supervision, monitoring and evaluation of all ongoing project i.e. Supply works, Line works, Civil works & COSS works under BPDB, DPDC, PGCB, DESCO, WZPDCL, NESCO & Others Utilities in the Power Sector. Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electro-mechanical engineering related works such as 33/11 KV & 11/0.4 KV Sub-stations, Generators, Passenger Lift, Fire Protection & Detection system, Building management System (BMS) and others Utility services.  Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and Co-ordinates with other departments for achieving organizational goals.
