Role & Responsibilities:- 1) Safe City Project by Punjab Government and Huawei Lahore 2) Telenor 3G and 4G up gradation through PTCL optical fiber Link, Lahore I remained involved in different projects related to FTTX, GPON etc. Network Deployment for both Fiber and Copper network in the Outside Plant (OSP). FTTX Deployment for GPON Infrastructure in the Outside Plant. Up-gradation of PTCL Landline copper network to MSAG optical-fiber network. Executing all network re-engineering works including shifting and diversion. Survey and identify the OSP routes and its potential customer connectivity. Supervise OSP activities Project implementation as per standards. Issue site instructions to subcontractor. Issue and keep track of OSP materials quality on the site. Conduct PAT/FAT for the implemented project. Check Construction /As-built BOQ and Drawings. Identify the GPS coordinates for the routes , manholes and customer location. Responsible for all bidding activities. Preparation of Bid (Bid Management) Responsible for initiation of Tendering Process. Responsible for evaluating Bids Technically & Financially Responsible for Scheduling & Organizing Price Negotiations Meetings to arrive at the best price(s).
