I was lucky to get this opportunity & which played a big role in my learning.  My learning period in the machinery section and fabrication workshop where I got the opportunity to replace the MS tubes of an ammonia heat exchanger E-509 with SS tubes. This job was done for the first time in a workshop with a saving of CAPEX investment of 250k USD and management rewarded this innovation.  Big learning of plant safety processes due to handling different chemicals and exposure to Ammonia & Urea manufacturing processes.
