  • Working as a shift in-charge at Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) & Water Treatment Plant (WTP) for ensuring smooth operation. • Handling Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance of all CCM & WTP all equipment’s & take necessary actions to minimize electrical loss time. • Identifying machine problems using PLC software- Simatic manager step 7, IBA (Process Data Acquisition) analysis. And also troubleshooting SIEMENS S7-300 & 400 PLC based automation system. • Installing & maintenance different types of electrical machines equipment such as ABB ACS 880 AC Drives, DC Drives, VFD & Soft Starter. • Entry & Mid-Level diagnostics, troubleshooting, modification & repairing malfunction in electrical systems & components including PLC & Drives. • Troubleshooting of magnet, hydraulic control valve & motor, position transducer, sensors, thermocouple, pressure switch & transmitter, photocell, proximity, limit switch, encoder, relay, Load cell etc. • Check all the electrical parameters of EOT Cranes for smooth working of the plant and take corrective action if any deviation found. • Installing different types of electrical equipment such DBR, ISU, Brake module, Transmitter & Receiver module, Motor, Flow meter, level sensors etc. • Maintaining proper documentation of the daily, monthly & yearly Checklists of every machines. • Ensure planned maintenance of Level-1 & Level-2 Server. • Maintaining Key Performance indicator (KPI) by reducing machine downtime & Improving machine reliability. • Ensure that Preventive maintenance is done as per schedule decided. Discussion with shift personnel about the performance and productivity of machines. • Ensuring the whole plant's Electrical Safety. Conduct Safety Meeting, work permit, ensuring safe environment, safety talk at the beginning of the shift. • Maintaining proper inventory of spare parts through SAP Software. Show less
