  • As Assistant Director with enough exposure to modern CNS-ATM system I am responsible for planning the modernization of CNS-ATM system of HSIA as well as for the whole Bangladesh FIR. • Acted as one of the key decision maker for finalizing the requirement of CNS-ATM modernization.• Arranged lots of in-house meetings, meetings with International Civil Aviation Organization-Technical Co-operation Bureau, meetings with Line Ministry and meetings with G2G Partner (Thales France) to finalize the BOQ of the ongoing project named Modernization of CNS-ATM system of HSIA including Radar which was contract-signed on 21 October 2021.• Played decision making rule to finalize the site for new Air Traffic Management Control Centre , Air Traffic Control Tower and the Radar Tower at HSIA.• Finalized the height of ATC Tower and the Radar Tower considering the all obstacle limitation surfaces (OLS) restrictions with proper simulation with the help of Thales’ experts and concerned Japan International Co-operation Agency experts. • Performing other routine duties of Assistant Director like Project Formulation, Negotiation with other Internal and External Organizations like Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Finance, Planning Commission, IMED etc.• Finalization of Development Programmes in respect of their availability of fund both in Local and Foreign Exchange through the Ministry of planning and other allied agencies.• Supervision and Monitoring of progress of all planning and development activities of CAAB. • Arrange quarterly meetings of Project Implementation Committee to monitor the progress of project implementation and to ensure timely completion of all projects.• Work for preparation of Annual Development Program (ADP) Budget and ensure its availability.• Preparation of Annual Procurement Plan of all the Airports and all the procuring entities of CAAB.
