OVERVIEW: Providing technical solutions and support to clients for a range of products, including power generation, automatic voltage regulators/stabilizers, automatic harmonic filters, earthing and lightning protection systems, LED lights and other full spectrum of lighting equipments, fire alarms/extinguishing systems, and solar energy systems. I work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions, oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of these systems, and provide ongoing support and technical assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions for a range of products. - Prepare technical proposals and quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients. - Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of products and systems, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and technical assistance as needed. - Assist in the development and implementation of the company's own assembly/manufacturing line for LED lights, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. - Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, as well as regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations for improvements to products and services.
