I have worked in Contracts & Procurement Department at Head Office of Mughals Pakistan Pvt Ltd under direct supervision of GM Contracts & Procurement. I have worked on 4 mega projects (SIUT Karachi, Sukh Chayn Residencial Apartments ISB, CEPH Production & Warehouse by GETZ Pharma in KHI, Women & Child Healthcare Centre by AKU in KHI).My job duties included but not limited to seeking Quotations/Proposals from market through Purchase Officers, Scrutiny & Negotiation of competitors based on technical and commercial proposals, Preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders/Work Orders/Sub-Contracts after qualification of bidders/competitors, followup till complete delivery of materials/execution of job and payments.
