  My responsibilities are smooth & continuous operation and as well as planning & monitoring of routine and corrective maintenance . Responsible for economical and safe operations of plant during the designated shift. Starting and shutdown the Diesel Engine & Gas Engine according to load demand. Operate and monitor the Diesel & Gas engine ensuring plant is operated within defined parameters Troubleshooting (minor) of Diesel Engine, cooling towers,HRSG and its auxiliaries. Assigning different duties for preventive and brake down maintenance. Monitoring each PTW order according to demand. Participates in operation/maintenance planning on behalf of the department. Writing technical reports and knowledge of safeties of engine and its auxiliaries. Providing solutions to technical problems and preparing reports for the mechanical activities of the plant designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Generating & reporting of periodic facility reports of such as daily / monthly reports /Break down and Lube Oil & HFO consumption reports to the senior management. Show less
