After the earthquake in 2010, I became active in the project to build the Haiti Partners Children's Academy and joined the board officially in 2012. Contributed 25% of my proceeds from CoTweet to the Haiti Partners Children’s Academy, and led fundraising efforts that have raised over $1m more. Created a fundraising model connecting communities of supporters in San Francisco, Denver, Hershey, and Venice Beach to adopt a class of children at the Haiti Partners Children’s Academy and raise $25k each year to cover their expenses. The San Francisco event has been running annually since 2012 and is now held on the Ohana Floor at Salesforce Tower. Created Language Hangouts, a program connecting Haitians learning English with native English speakers for weekly video conferencing sessions where Haitians can practice their English. Show less

Re-birthed Good Work House into web3 along with two dozen NFT artists and developers. Our convening project, Groundbreaking, was a collection of Haitian art from a group of twelve artists in Port-au-Prince that we mentored virtually for ten weeks, helping them to launch their first NFTs. We supported the collection with an event at BudmanStudio in Venice. After a period of “emergence,” a successful NFT enthusiast community, IRL Alpha, built around a weekly IRL event and livestream, became viable and was spun out. Created Camp Good Work House, a virtual summer camp for middle and high school students in the summer of 2020 to keep kids connected during the first summer of Covid. We recruited two dozen creators and mentors and hosted 150 kids over 8 weeks. Show less
