Specific Duties and Responsibilities:1. Plan and supervise the daily work and performance of each employee on assigned shift, organize schedules, and assign work activity to achieve team and company objectives safely in the Boilers, power house, water treatment and air compressors.2. Ensure continuous improvement for steam and power generation by implementing functional best practices and conducting physical inspections.9. Inspect critical equipment and ensure adherence to minimum standards.10. Supervise factory maintenance needs.11. Work with optimization and maintenance teams to solve problems and promote cross functional engagement & teamwork.12. Ensure reporting is compliant with company policy and procedure.13. Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators to track performance and flag any issues in the power generation plants.14.
