      I assisted and supported clients with computer systems, hardware, and software as an Intern. I handled user issues, performed diagnostic tools, and found and implemented remedies in the computer systems of the company's main corporate facility.In less than three months, as a help desk support, I installed a version of Windows 10 with proprietary software on 100+ brand new laptops and desktops. I carried out the process by connecting Ethernet cables to a switch connected to the principal help desk server, which had the Windows 10 image loaded through the UEFI BIOS interface, allowing network booting (PXE). I moved the majority of the data from the old machines to the new ones and installed a Cisco switch to allow the program to run quicker and be loaded on a larger number of machines simultaneously.
