Responsibilities: - Project Scope Management: must ensure that the project is delivered as required. Therefore, the project manager must deliver the final product as expected (without increase or decrease). - Project Integration Management: ensures that the coherence and integration of the project is done in the best way possible. All project operations are interconnected and coordinated with each other. - Project scheduling management: Manage and update the project schedule and deliver the project on time. Any change in the project plan must be reflected in the rest of the project tasks. - Cost management for the project: must ensure that the final cost of the project is the same as the cost that was estimated at the beginning of the project.
