Endrick is a committed professional and he shows it through his work. He is a detail oriented, target oriented, ambitious and strong co-worker, his work is thorough. He has excellent leadership, has a good vision that gives him the ability to see the benefits and the passion to turn that into measurable results for CAE. He was always able to successfully complete any tasks with favorable results despite projects with very tight deadlines and with a lot of pressure. He surely is an aviation enthusiast and highly motivated to work in this field. Endrick is a really charismatic person and he has an easiness to build interpersonal relations with others. I enjoyed working with him on the various projects we took on and everyone appreciates working with him.
