  Expediting full time on the fabrication of shelter and integration of equipment at Maria Factory, Cairo.  Look ahead on delivery schedule of components and creating alerts based on late shipping etc.  Primarily avoid late shipping by pushing where delays are seen.  Expediting visits daily as required to push for delivery and information from Schneider Egypt and in Germany. Probably 100% initially until factory output is understood and under control.  Expediting full time on the European produced equipment, mostly Schneider Germany (GIS factory).  Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
