  Started working the call center, reaching out to patients to reschedule and book their future appointments. During down time, I input dozens of patient information from their chart to computer system and scanned in the images attached to their files. Within two months I was crossed trained to the receptionist position. Duties involved obtaining demographic and insurance information. In addition, maintaining confidentiality within HIPPAA guidelines and following office protocol.
