This call center software is coded by me for an Indian company. There are 4 different types of users and there are so complicated features. Nearly 100 call center staff still use that CRM with no issue. This call center software is coded by me for an Indian company. Bookmeal was a B2B SaaS Startup aimed at sell to restaurants, offering a profitability increase solution. When a restaurant subscribed to the system, a unique QR code was generated for each table, which the restaurant downloaded and printed, then placed it at the corresponding tables. The customer would scan the QR code and place the order on their smart phone, and thus the restaurant would get rid of the burden of taking orders, and the number of waiters would decrease. Hygiene and feedback system were also side benefits. After I coded the system, I talked to more than 10 restaurants and they said that they use the waiters for many purposes and that it would not be useful. The software was shut down by me before it could go live. It contained 30000+ lines of code. Show less
