  I worked behind the front desk and behind the scenes at a few of the branch libraries on the University of Washington - Seattle campus. I did everything from clear the hold shelf and search for missing items, to check in new items and send damaged items to be assessed. I worked independently on projects, such as deduplication, and worked with coworkers on writing procedures.

I was often staffing the front desk, helping users in person and over the phone find items in our catalog.
