I was lucky enough to work with Emma for almost two years at London Speech Workshop. Starting as a Virtual Assistant, I ended up as Manager of eLearning which was a brand new part of the business. Emma is a trusting and visionary leader, who is passionate about her employees’ personal development as well as their part in the development of London Speech Workshop. Under her guidance and with her encouragement, I developed many new skills as well as my confidence. Emma’s entrepreneurial energy is a creative and inspiring force that is at the heart of London Speech Workshop. I am proud and privileged to have been in the LSW family and to have worked with Emma.

I’ve been privileged to work with Emma in a number of roles at London Speech Workshop and Dream & Do in the past couple of years. Her creativity shines through everything she does and is such a joy to see at work, whether that’s in solving problems, leading and inspiring others, or developing new programmes and products. Her generous commitment to the personal development and growth of anyone who works alongside her is remarkable - I feel like I grew enormously under her leadership. There was never a dull week working with Emma as she continually drives whatever project she is working for forward with an enormous sense of purpose and with plenty of opportunities for growth for everyone along the way. A truly inspiring person to work for – thank you!

I find Emma’s vibrant energy and her passion for her work inspirational – both from a client’s and a colleague’s perspective. Emma has at her disposable a very solid background and a well-fitted tool-box of skills; she’s impressively bright, resourceful, and articulate; she’s got wide-open access to her fabulous intuition and creativity; but what makes her stand out most for me is how she combines all these remarkable skills with deep empathy for her clients, and how all of this is founded in a genuine desire to put herself in the service of her clients’ own growth. Emma is a gifted coach with her heart at the right spot.
