One thing about Emma which always particularly impressed me is her professional efficiency in bridging the gap between delivery specialists and clients, she considers and respects everyone’s opinion drawing smart conclusions and communicating those choices back to all involved. I have known Emma for many years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as not only a well organised, highly experienced Account Director but also as a lovely lady who is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Emma is one of the loveliest people I have had the pleasure to work with. She is thorough and knowledgeable in each and every project we have worked on together always going above and beyond her job title and role. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She has been a wonderful support role to me over the years offering both support and freedom when it is required. I have no doubt that Emma will be a success at whatever she decides to do.

I’ve worked in the advertising and marketing world for over 25 years since finishing my BA (Hons) Marketing... and boy a lot has changed in that time in our field! Starting at the largest independent travel advertising agency in the UK, when teletext was still the place to be for travel clients and PPC was in it's infancy with Overture and ESpotting (if you know, you know), being the go to platforms, I've spent my career working with some fabulous UK clients. From Cumbria Tourism, the Eden Project, Lincolnshire Tourism, Yorkshire Tourism and North Devon Tourism, to attractions such as Twinlakes Park and the Eden Project to education clients such as London School of Economics to charities such as Whale and Dolphin Conservation, my client list is nothing if not eclectic! My main areas of expertise are in marketing strategy creation, project management, media planning and buying, print, (everything form leaflets to national award-winning magazines), to online campaign planning and TV airtime buying...I'm also not a bad copywriter. There isn't much I haven't seen or done over the last 25 years, in the world of advertising, but of course every day is a school day! If you're looking for some marketing expertise from some of the best folks in the business, here at BlueSoup, with decades of experience, get in touch today. Show less

This role involved working on the distribution side of public sector client account management. My work included managing the brochure distribution expectations of my client base as well as their call centre needs. The company provided a 24 hour call centre for brochure ordering as well as some tourist information services. I also helped develop the company’s UK destination website, ‘The UK Experience’ which was set up to provide a portal for brochure ordering for over 300 UK destinations. Clients included, Cumbria Tourism and The Met Office. Show less
