Working with Emma has been an enlightening experience: I feel I know myself so much better now through the insights I gained by working with her. She combines emotional intelligence and coaching skills with business savvy and real warmth and empathy. Emma is extremely perceptive, managing to read between the lines and get to the nub of an issue. She knows exactly when to push and challenge you, and when to be supportive. Emma does not tell you what to do like many coaches I've met but guides you to find the answers yourself.
