Emma has been my mentor whilst I have been completing my CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing. Emma’s knowledge of marketing and excellent mentoring skills have enabled us to have many productive discussions on various topics throughout my studying. On top of theoretical knowledge she was also able to apply this to practical examples that facilitated my learning. Her approach of encouraging me to find my own solutions rather than just providing them has been hugely helpful and has resulted in me having a deeper understanding of marketing. Her suggestions on additional models or concepts to research has given me a more rounded view of marketing theory. It's been a pleasure having Emma as a mentor and she would be a great asset to any business, where she would be fantastic at further developing her team’s marketing and business knowledge and skills.

I've had the pleasure of working with Emma both as a member of our team and then again when she went client side. It's always a huge compliment when someone brings their new employers business to us and it was great fun working with Emma again - even if between us we never managed to persuade her employers at the time to do the Joe Wicks partnership that would have been incredible in 2014 when he was just starting out! It's just the sort of thing that Emma is easy to work with on though and she's always hugely up for new ideas and a challenge. As a marketing assistant she managed to get us in front of some great brands at the time with viral games and later websites - many of those clients are still with us today thanks to Emma. She's hugely organised and rarely seen without ring binders stuffed with notes and ideas and seems to have an "I love life" look on her face no matter what!
