I have known Rovi as my classmate in Letran Graduate School of Business. I am impressed with his achievements and work ethics. At a young age he achieved so much, from corporate world to academe. He is a person who will not settle for less. Excellence is what he is always aiming for no matter how small the responsibility given to him. When faced with difficult situation he is not hesitant to seek help from his colleagues for him to solve the problem. He is very open to feedback and take it as positive learning no matter what the feedback is. His analytical skill is always above average that translates to an outstanding result. He is goal oriented, result driven and above all, a person with distinguishing character and high moral standard.

Rovi was the youngest manager I had known in Chowking. Despite his young age and busy schedule while studying masters in Business Management, he was able to juggle his time and excel in his management functions as Sales and Marketing Manager. One of his highlights in the company was his creative conceptualization of business plan of Chowking Dagupan Perez which he spearheaded that generated higher sales and efficiency in service operations.

I founded Zelery Philippines, formerly known as Red Foods Gourmet, a fresh produce wholesaling business supplying multiple hotels and restaurants in Baguio City. We established this enterprise to help address the oversupply of fresh produce in the Cordillera by buying the goods directly to farmers and selling it directly to retail stores, hotels, and restaurants. As the company grows, we opened our business to the consumers through the farm-to-table business model. As of 2020, we were able to serve 12 business clients and more than 900 hundred consumers in Baguio City and in Metro Manila.
