  I worked closely with the C.E.O., Engineer Ayo Lawal. I managed daily activities of the company from the on-site management of workers in the construction arm of the company to the set up of farms in the Agro-allied investment arm of the company. As the P.A. to the CEO to a company with a staff of 20, I had to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and micro manage the different arms of the business. In the role of a Digital Marketer, I designed a website and a blog for the company. I helped the company in Inbound Marketing to grow their Online Business. Within this role I multi-tasked as a content developer for the online mediums for 4 months. I doubled as a Business developer as I helped source out a market for the companies Agricultural products. MG Resources had export dealings in Cocoa, Ginger and a number of Agricultural produce. It was my job to source out buyers, convince them to do business with us and sell.   Working as the Administrative Assistant in a Language and Culture Institute affiliated with the Goethe Institute and the German embassy in Nigeria meant managing the staff and the day to day operations of the business. This involved secretarial duties as well as working as a online expert, helping to grow and manage the institutes online presence. Being that I am Multilingual and I speak the German language fluently, I routinely filled in as a lecturer for the Institute for 3 months and prepared students for the Goethe Institut exams (A1,A2, and B1).
