● Performed lipids analysis using GC with flame-ionization detection (FID) through Sample preparation techniques which includes pre-separation of lipid classes, hydrolysis, derivatization, and pyrolysis resulting in the production of 100% gas chromatographic fingerprints, measurements of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) and expression of individual hydrocarbon chemicals of samples. ● Verified that all laboratory-based testing for Molecular diagnostics is conducted accurately and in conjunction with Giolee standard operating procedures and 100% in-line with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 15189 Standards. ● Spearheaded general laboratory paperwork in laboratory logbooks, maintenance books, classic books, and bench sheets, and reviewed reported results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Influenced a 0% tolerance for documentation oversight ● Evaluated preliminarily the BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and metals contents in produced water samples taken from effluents of the treatment plant and obtained 100% BTEX component result.
