I worked with Emma on a mobile AR project, which had a moving target and constantly changing requirements. As the project manager, Emma was capable of keeping the team informed of the ongoing state of the project plan and steering the project towards the wanted results. At the same time she kept on critically evaluating the project and making relevant suggestions and changes to the plan. Emma is capable of working in evolving environments, and she has the ability to understand and control complex projects. She has a good eye for detail, and she can guide a team and subcontractors to create consistent visual and functional experience.

I am very proud to have had Emma in the Diamond Dash iOS team. I have seen her skills, smarts and personality grow to become a professional game artist. She has contributed to many important updates on Diamond Dash iOS that has proven to be a huge value to the product. I am glad that she has embraced the way we work by developing an agile attitude, delivering meaningful iterations and solving problems collaboratively. Emma is very passionate about games and creating the art for them. I look forward to see her achieve the goal in becoming a rockstar Game Artist! Thank you for everything!

At Heavyweight Rex I worked on the CCG mobile game Card Smash: Tribal Lords. My role included a range of art-related tasks, some of which are the following: - Creation of the UX wireframe for the game's UI/menu flow along with creating the menu graphics - Concepts, modeling and texturing of reward items & booster packs - VFX & animation for both in-game and menus (in-game rewards' & IAPs' opening with effects) - Social media marketing images At Heavyweight Rex I worked on the CCG mobile game Card Smash: Tribal Lords. I've been working on two released projects and several small prototypes. Most of the work has been hands-on creation and implementation of in-game and UI assets in 2D (Photoshop) and 3D (Maya) as well as VFX (Unity, particle effects) and animation (Unity). I've also taken part in UX design regarding the games' UI and the general game design in our games. I worked on an AR game called Drive Ahead! Minigolf as Game Artist and Team Lead. Besides creating art, I also took care of scheduling of the project and public representation at events. The released projects I've worked on: Drive Ahead! BubblesIQ – https://apps.facebook.com/bubbles_iq/Updating the bubble shooter game with new graphical content: themes (changing every 2 weeks) that includes in-game assets (game background and theme-related special bubbles) Facebook canvas background images and community images (cover photos, avatars and marketing images).I’m updating the graphics directly to both Flash and Unity versions of the game (Facebook and mobile). I build the new Flash versions and upload them into the developer environment in Facebook for testing. One of my main tasks is creating new levels and level sets with an in-house level editor. It includes looking at analytics of how the level sets have performed and designing new level sets based on the information. And testing the level sets of course. Show less

Coordinating High Score means organizing game industry events, lectures and workshops. The cooperative society also intends to publish games for those who don't want to found their companies just yet but rather want to try how the production works and how the game can be published. This is a great chance for students. Coordinating High Score means organizing game industry events, lectures and workshops. I was the newest member and did all kinds of things for the club, like helping with event organizing. I have been organizing events and projects, like a game development project 5D3, where 5 small games were developed by students. Our blog: http://5d3.blogspot.com/ After the other board members left and there was no board anymore, I have been coordinating the club (after May 2011.)
