During her internship at MPC, Emma proved to be a very talented programmer, with a great team spirit and a constant will to expand her knowledge. Her task at MPC was to develop a novel deformation system, using a framework and a language unknown to her at that point (Fabric Engine, KL); she learnt very rapidly and was able to successfully develop an algorithm that we are now using in production. I highly recommend Emma for a position as software developer for the visual effects and game industry.

In spring 2016 I worked on my MSc. project as part of an internship at MPC. My project was focused on making tools that would allow artists to re-use animation for facial animation. Two plug-ins were prototyped, one UV-based shape transfer tool and one tool for partial blendshape reconstruction. The tools were developed in KL using Fabric Splice for Maya.
