Emma stepped into the team at Sensis and for her first act business cased, specc'ed and delivered the full automation of the Awareness Product fulfillment process. She arrived, said wouldn't it be good if..? Did it and changed Awareness Products from a cottage industry to a staple offering Sensis relies on today. What more could she do after that? Plenty!
