I was also 2nd to the Sales Manager and stepped in to the role when the SM was out of the office. When I became a SAM my targets increase and I still achieved 131% of my annual target. I am the only person in the company to ever achieve over £60k profit in a month, and over £110k profit in 2 months. In the first 3 months of this financial year I have already acheived 52% of my annual target. During my time as a SAM I Tendered for and Won the Amazon contract for Merchandise in the UK and Europe. I have also tendered for and Won the contract for Universal Music Publishing. I achieved an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 3 qualification in June 2016, I was awarded a distinction for this qualification, which I was advised is very rare as you have to receive over 90% in every submission throughout the course.
