  Fifteen CEOs from across the gas and electricity supply chains have committed to developing a consumer charter to progress the culture and solutions required to deliver energy in line with community expectations. It is the first whole-of-sector initiative to address customer expectations. As Project Director responsible for developing and finalising the Energy Charter, I had responsibility for management of the project by January 2019 including content development, budgets, engagement strategy and execution, monthly meetings and workshops, and engaging consultants.
