      I completed a week-long work experience at Circumstance Distillery and Psychopomp micro-distillery. I completed tasks and shadowed operations in many areas of the company including: - Distillation and Mashing - Whisky and grain spirit production - Gin production - Warehousing - Sales - Marketing - Bottling and labelling - Tours and Tastings I developed 2 gin recipes, helped with the mashing stage of a barley grain spirit, helped to distil a rye new make spirit and filled a cask of wheat grain spirit. One of Circumstance’s core values is sustainability in production, which I observed in action whilst there. I managed to pick up on many ideas that can be applied to my next role.
