AmSafe Bridport is a leading, multinational engineering company that produces engineered textiles for defence and commercial markets. The business has three established Product Lines - Cargo, Airframes & RPG Protection, and its Head Office is based in Bridport. Successes: 1) I launched a new website, which I project managed and implemented in 2014. 2) In the same year I was the project lead for re-branding the corporate image. The update included the creation of a new logo, and re-conceptualizing the companies stationary, internal documentation and marketing material 3) I cut the marketing costs (by 30%) for the two financial years there, through introducing measures that ensure we get better value for money from the marketing material produced Main Responsibilities: - Cross group business function responsible for developing the marketing material & events plan for all three Product Lines - Plan, organise and attend events such as conferences and exhibitions - Brand development, management and guardianship - Work with a creative agency to produce marketing materials, including datasheets, flyers, promotional videos, stand graphics, adverts etc - Liaise and build successful relationships with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations - Develop and implement the events/marketing plan - Manage budgets and cost control - Update the website - Liaise with designers and printers - Support the marketing Director and other colleagues

Successes: 1) Secured additional revenue growth for the business by introducing six new ticket agents 2) In 2010 I identified the need for an outdoor advertising campaign, which included managing the selection of key billboard, bus shelter and promenade poster board sites, and developing the creative brief. These sites are still being used today 3) In 2011 I successfully project managed and implemented a major £12k signage update across the Park. This included producing directional, informative and creative signage for the benefit of the Park’s guests 4) In the same year I aided the development of an annual events calendar to offer guests better value for money. The events included major IP events, including Timmy Time at the Beach, and local generated conservation & seasonal events. I also managed the production of all marketing creative’s and interactive hand outs given to guests Main Responsibilities: - Driving admission revenue and visitor numbers to agreed targets by planning and developing targeted above and below the line marketing campaigns to deadline and within budget - Monitor and review visitor performance and the success of all marketing campaigns - Work with a creative agency to create artwork briefs & produce marketing material - Including leaflets, advertising campaigns, promotional POS & events material - Plan, develop, and implement the Park’s event plan, including producing marketing material and onsite creatives - Update the website - Manage fifteen trade agents, including regular contact, monitoring their performance, and implementing change when an agent was struggling - Built successful relationships with stakeholders - Manage financial budgets & cost control - Brand consistency & brand development - Monitor & report to the General Manager & Head Office Marketing Team on the effectiveness of campaigns - Communicate up to-date marketing information effectively to all staff across the Park
