Emma is a pleasure to work with and has really supported the Salford City College Group with their development of the industry partnership scheme. Emma is extremely approachable for the students and is very knowledgeable.

I got to know Emma when she joined the Growth Company on a project called Raise. We worked at the same venue at Altrincham JCP. We cross referred to help achieve the best outcomes for the unemployed service users. I found Emma to be a highly organised and knowledgeable Careers Guidance expert. Not only did I notice her customer centred approach with a natural understanding, non-judgemental, pragmatic and positive approach I also was impressed with her ability to help people achieve job outcomes. Emma also advised me administration and organisational skills that I will always be grateful for. Emma is a top-tier Careers Advisor and will be an asset to any organisation that will benefit from employing her in their team.
