  As a subteam lead, I have delegated assignments, created a project timeline, designed hardware and software that 3D printed bacteria-made hydrogels into art pieces, and mentored and trained new members in hardware and software aspects of the project. On a weekly basis, I have committed 20 hours per week over the summer and 9 hours per week throughout the school year. Additionally, as a Product Development subteam member, I have presented in the premiere undergraduate Synthetic Biology competition, and designed and assembled a bioreactor and gradient machine. As social chair, I planned 15 social events with a focus on team bonding. As a member of the Recruitment Committee, I recruited 90 candidates and interviewed 10. Show less
