Emma is a fantastic and experienced HR Manager. She places business strategy at the heart of her decision-making and has an ability to think clearly, act decisively and with compassion when confronting complex situations. Emma is highly committed, honest, loyal and trustworthy with a very strong work ethic. She has an innate ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and achieves this through her ability to inspire those around her. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma for any role in HR and I would be honoured to work alongside her again in the future.

Created and amended terminal charts and other geo-int files supplied by aeronautical and mapping data using various geospatial systems including Adobe and ArcGIS software. Utilised various programs to produce an extensive library of Flight Information Publications. Maintained complex terminal approach charts and converted files for lithographic output. Populated and managed an oracle database with aeronautical information within which was later used to create exceptionally detailed products to assist in safe flying worldwide. Whilst working in the database I developed a comprehensive knowledge on the workings of the database and negotiation of problems encountered. The job required a strong focus of concentration and accuracy on data entry and regularly checked colleagues’ work. I enjoyed working as part of a team that populated all aspects of aeronautical information from Aerodromes to Restricted airspace for a vast number of countries. After becoming competent at data entry and management I held position as part of a team that brought the capability of producing various aeronautical products from the database to the consumer, which saved the unit significant amounts of time due to the elimination of repetition on charts. Part of that job I rolled out the database across the unit and performed installations successfully. Finally delivered comprehensive training to personnel on how to utilise and manage the database correctly to this I created accurate and clear training guides to enable future training with ease by mentors before leaving the trade to become a flight operations assistant.
