Responsibilities: • Provide value and support as a Success manager for approx. 30 standalone businesses (Premier Dealerships), who market and sell Solatube Products to end customers. • Support Dealerships with product education and onsite or online installation training. • Where necessary provide a conduit between Channel Partners and Customer Care to ensure efficient and timely support with logistics, shipping, product RMAs and product queries. • Work with Dealerships to implement Solatube International’s Premier Dealer Program. This program provides a guideline for Dealers and focuses on; business planning; goal setting; best practice sales processes, marketing action plans and technology solutions. • Facilitate collaboration between the Dealerships and recommended 3rd party service providers specializing in Digital and Print Marketing, Recruitment and Accounting & CRM software. • Onboard new Dealerships and provide support to the Business Owner and their teams. Work with internal business units to ensure a smooth and successful process. • Deliver feedback to product team and engineers and help prioritise product developments and enhancements for the Channel and end customers.
