Leading the team on a tough problem to improve peoples lives. I worked with Emma on a wellbeing startup where we designed and built a solution to help young people understand themselves and improve their wellbeing. Emma was pivotal in the user research where she went out into the field to find and interview for user stories. She was also a key player in the teams stakeholder management, where she constantly kept all partners up to date and ran open and friendly meetings to discuss important issues. It was a pleasure to work with Emma and she would be an asset to any company.
